Job Responsibilities:
Build strong knowledge of sales processes and product offerings
Conduct customer calls to qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings for the Sales team
Nurture early-stage opportunities to develop future sales pipeline
Maintain accurate lead and prospect activity records to ensure effective lead management
Engage with clients to understand their hiring requirements, follow-up closely on client’s job order fulfilment and expectations
Requirements
Possess at least a diploma or degree, preferably in business-related fields. Candidates who have no experience but are interested in sales and business development are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for candidates who do not have experience in business development and/or sales.
Strong organizational, communication skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
Candidates should be results-driven, with a commitment to meeting the company’s sales targets
