JOB PURPOSE

SINDA Family Development Division serves as a focal point for families who can turn for help on any matter relating to the family. We provide a wide range of support for families in need and contribute to the overall mission of strengthening families. We also ensure that we are plugged into the community needs and collaborate with or facilitate other agencies in meeting these needs.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Administration of SINDA Assistance Schemes

  • Accuracy and completeness in preparing reports/ documentation
  • Tasks to be carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines
  • Engage clients with empathy and make assessment for appropriate support and intervention
  • Provide inputs and to carry out responsibilities to improve the operational efficiency and quality of services
  • Assist in monitoring Service Delivery to ensure compliance to service standards, performance indicators and operating guidelines
  • Participate/ implement programmes (e.g. strengthening activities appropriate to clients’/ target profile)
  • Review and refine programmes to target client groups, stakeholders, partners, organisations
  • Identify service gaps in response to client needs and make recommendations to improve service provision of programmes
  • Understand the need to build and initiate professional partnerships across the social service sector
  • Foster and exhibit professional working relationships within the organisation and related sector

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

Degree in any Social Service Discipline

Relevant Experience

Fresh graduates will be considered.
