Job Scope
Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems such as elevators, pumps, and HVAC systems to ensure their proper functioning.
Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, and distribution panels.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to identify potential issues early.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime.
Execute any additional duties as assigned.
