Lendlease is currently searching for experienced Technician / Senior Technician for Parkway Parade. The role will be reporting to Building Manager and Supervisor to perform general maintenance, repairs and inspections of the building facilities and equipment. Manage all M&E service contractors to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the centre without disruptions.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Provide frontline engineering support for M&E systems
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance services of M&E systems and equipment in accordance to schedule
To maintain and repair all M&E related equipment, tools and materials to ensure that they are in good working condition
Conduct site inspections and data logging for critical M&E systems
Perform preliminary troubleshooting and rectification of M&E issues
To check and ensure all works carried out in the building adhere to all the safety standards and house rules
Ensure proper reporting and documentation of all maintenance, repair and service activities
Responsible for tenant’s satisfaction, attend to and investigate complaints related to M&E services
Ensure that the premises and its building facilities are maintained at the highest standard
Manage and supervise contractors and service provider’s work and performance
Participate actively in all fire safety exercises and ensure adherence to guidelines
Assist in the co-ordination of tenancy fitting out work
To assist in coordinating projects, promotional events and setup
Any other duties as and when assigned
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;
NTC3 or NITEC Equivalent in Building Services, Facility Technology (M&E Services), Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
1 to 2 years experiences in maintaining a commercial shopping/ office complex in building services, mechanical and basic electrical engineering
Familiar with local code of practise for various M&E trade and local authorities’ regulation
Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Working hours is 40 hours/week
