- Shift hours: 5 days week (Monday to Sunday) & 24/7
- Channels: Inbound voice
- Basic salary: RM2,400 max
- KPI allowance: RM100 monthly (based on individual performance) & RM500 quarterly (based on team performance)
- Academic background: Minimum SPM holders
- CS experience: Open for fresh graduate but must have good communication
