Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service? We are an international household goods removal company looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service cum Documentation Executive to join our dynamic team.
Position: Customer Service cum Documentation Executive Location: 705 Sims Drive, #01-05 Shun Li Industrial Complex, Singapore 387384 Type: Full-time Salary: [S$ 1600.00 – S$ 2000.00]
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support to clients over phone and email.
Manage and process documentation related to shipments, customer interactions, transactions, and internal processes.
Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Diploma/ A Level or GCE O level or equivalent experience in
customer service or administration.
