- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects across multiple regions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

- Invest time in coaching and mentoring people and help team members learn and grow.
- Degree in a Construction, Building, Project Management, Engineering or Architecture related field.
- Professional certifications in construction management (e.g., PMP, CCM) or equivalent
- Experience as a construction project management in EPCM project.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
- Ability to integrate and work in a global multicultural team
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on a regular basis
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Cost and Schedule management experience.
- Good analytical and organizational abilities required to ensure effective management and decision making.
- Suitable candidates are likely to have a minimum of 15 years working experience consist of 10 years’ experience in construction with minimum 5 years in managerial role as a Project Manager.
- Demonstrable experience in the management of multi-disciplined semiconductor projects and/or other relevant industries is strongly preferred.
- Practiced in project control mechanisms and with commercial and technical risk assessments.
- Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others.
- Outstanding organization, coordination and leadership skills – ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors.
- Ability to work collaboratively and pro-actively in a team environment.
