Summary

The ideal candidate will provide oversight and planning for fleet engines including engine movement from removal to shop induction, oversight the shop visit and to plan for the engine to be returned back to wing. He/She will work with OEM in crafting the engine work scope and stagger out the fleet engine removal plan ahead

Job Description

  • Work with SQ to review Technical Services Report (TSR) which provides instructions in assisting maintenance and operation activities

  • Review engine condition and trend monitoring to propose corrective / preventive actions with OEM. Monitor for closure

  • Review Shop Visit workscope to ensure contents listed in line with intended Time On Wing build, AD Compliance and SB Modification standards.

  • Liase with QAT EC and Powerplant shop EC for intended engine removal / installation and dispatch/receive-in.

  • Review fleet LLP data to plan for upcoming eng removals to ensure no lapse

  • Review Shop visit costings

  • To lease and initiate discussion with engine OEMs on related engine issues and program review

  • To cover for all Airbus fleet Pratt engines and Boeing fleet Rolls Royce engines
