The Head of Administration is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing both the Human Resources (HR) and Administration department. Requirements :-
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
-At least 5-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing both HR & administrative functions. (Construction industry is a plus)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin is a must so as to communicate with Head Office in Taiwan and other subsidiaries in China
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations
- Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
Responsibilities :-
- Accountable for budget and policy recommendations
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local human resource strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall human resource strategy.
- Establish and maintain the human resource planning, control and reporting activities
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of human resource professionals to ensure that the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Oversee all office administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor management.
- Ensure the office environment is safe, productive, and conducive to employee well-being.
- Coordinate office maintenance and improvements.
-Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other teams to ensure smooth operations across the business.
