Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and hiring strategies
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

HR Generalist Duties:

  • Assist with employee onboarding, including new hire orientation and documentation.
  • Provide support in employee relations, addressing concerns and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development initiatives.
  • Handle benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management in collaboration with HR leadership.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and generalist HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $2,387.95 - $3,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
