Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and hiring strategies
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
HR Generalist Duties:
- Assist with employee onboarding, including new hire orientation and documentation.
- Provide support in employee relations, addressing concerns and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
- Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development initiatives.
- Handle benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management in collaboration with HR leadership.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and generalist HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $2,387.95 - $3,200.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 per week
