The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 22, 2025 and ending July 31, 2025 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

As part of trading team, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior traders on the trading floor. You will assist in managing risk, liquidity, and exposure, while also engaging in pre-trade analysis and trade processing. Your support will be vital for smooth operations of the trading desk and contribute to business success.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with post-trade processes and ensure accuracy of entries
• Support day-to-day client requests and needs
• Resolve P&L reconciliation issues independently
• Analyze market drivers and movements, and understand cross-asset implications
• Keep all relevant parties informed of key developments
• Share information, knowledge, and ideas proactively
• Track supply and demand to evaluate market developments
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in banking/financial industries
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of global market processes
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to discuss fundamental and technical aspects of traded products
• Proficiency with market and product terminology
• Understanding of transaction lifecycle and execution orientation
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Understanding of FX markets and fixed income fundamentals
• Prior exposure to trading
This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 15 weeks only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
