  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to do Data Entry for our Warehouse Department. This is for a short period: 3 days ONLY (Might need to extend if NEEDED)

Work Location: Onsite Xpressflower HQ

Start from: Tuesday, 24 Dec 2024

Length of Working Days: 8 Hours/ Day

Job Scope

  • Accurately input invoice details into the company’s cloud-based system.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow data confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • At least GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Experience

  • Prior experience in data entry is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: $7.00 - $8.00 per hour
