Responsibilities:

Assist in recording supplier invoices, cash payments & other data entry
Assist in maintaining receivables aging records
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
Review invoices created by the salesperson for accuracy
Posting transactions to journals & other records
Sales & payment documentation
To help out in customer service if required
General office administration

Requirements:

Singaporean
Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with accounting software such as Xero
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
