Responsibilities and Duties:
Performing day to day billing operations within a timeframe.
Generate, checking invoices and its accuracy, resolving customer question and liaise with account holders on quotation.
Sending e-invoices to customers and overseas agents within deadline.
Liaise with finance department on invoice approval and recovery matters.
Monitor shipments pending for Routine Order advice.
Submit monthly report.
Attend monthly meeting.
Attend to enquiries, complaints and request from inter department / within department / customers and overseas agent.
Assist Manager / Supervisor to enforce operational system/requirements.
Job Requirement:
Possess “O”, “A” level, and Diploma.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Excel skills is advantage.
At least 1 Year of working experience in billing (air freight industry).
5.5 day (Alternate Saturday)
