Job Scope:
Assist in developing and reviewing strategies to improve engagement and re-engagement modalities. Support the company's email marketing operations, including the coordination, creation, dissemination, and analysis of the monthly Connects newsletter.
Conceptualise and implement of a series of roadshows across Singapore for youth engagement. Responsibilities include venue selection, logistics coordination, content creation, and on-site management. Will need to present at these roadshows and facilitate discussions with youth participants.
Champion data-driven marketing insights, assisting with conducting performance analysis and developing strategic recommendations through the use of digital marketing analytics. Compile online and offline marketing data, and present monthly reports, to evaluate efforts and measure effectiveness; working closely with content and content marketing teams to monitor live campaigns, ads and organic content.
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder with 2 years of relevant experience in communications or equivalent.
• Proven knowledge and experience in in digital communications including social media platforms and other digital media platforms
• Understanding of other digital marketing practices and platforms (eg. SEO, SEM, web analytics, Google Analytics etc.) is a plus.
