We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive/Senior Assistant Manager to join our Diagnostic Imaging Department. In this role, you will streamline administrative workflows and ensure the smooth operation of medical staff processes to support diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic radiology services. Join our collaborative and dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment, onboarding, promotion, and exit processes for medical staff, including specialists and visiting professionals.
Oversee clinical training requests, sponsorships, honorariums, and HR system approvals.
Support the roster team with planning and manage credentialing, privileging, and training hours to maintain medical practice standards.
Handle onboarding and exit processes for foreign clinical fellows.
Track clinical operations tasks, follow up on worklist statuses, and conduct audits.
Prepare reports on manpower, training, sponsorship, and productivity for department leaders.
Coordinate clinical workshops, events, and other departmental activities.
Support office management, including staff directories and asset tracking.
Key Requirements:
Degree holder preferred with at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and internal stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Positive, flexible, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
