Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations:
Support the implementation of patient-focused initiatives within the Pharmacy department.
Collaborate with various section leads to align workflows and optimize processes.
Business Development:
Work with section leads to drive new services and ensure revenue generation.
Assist in developing business cases for new service offerings.
Business Management:
Monitor financial performance and collaborate with section leads to develop strategic cost-recovery approaches and ensure sustainable profitability.
Oversee procurement related to strategic projects, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Project Management:
Lead and manage assigned projects, including establishing project goals, developing plans, securing approvals, and overseeing execution from inception to completion.
Support the department through changes in clinical systems by assisting with training, infrastructure adjustments, and process formulation.
Key Requirements
A degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Resourceful and meticulous, with strong planning and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Positive, adaptable, and proactive, with a "can-do" attitude.
