Recruiting Full-Time/Part-Time Beauty Advisor
Job Responsibility:
- Promote FANCL's philosophy and products over counter
- Build relationship with customer through knowledge sharing, positive attitude and excellent customer service.
- Perform skin analysis and product demonstration to customers according to customer needs
- Drive and achieve individual/store sales target in a team environment
- Ensure accuracy of stock level, transaction and sales entry on POS system.
- Ensure maintenance of store housekeeping and VMD display at all time
- Maintain good conduct, complies with instruction, policies and regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates passionate about beauty and service industry
- Min. 1 year of retail sales experience in skincare / beauty background preferred
- Good communication skill and Customer-oriented
- Team Player, Independent, Sales Driven, initiative and optimistic
- Willing to work retail hours (shift work / weekends / public holidays)
