To attend to incoming phone calls and walk in customers
To handle all sales enquires on phone, fax & email
To be well-versed in Company products and services
To process customer quotes and orders promptly & error-free
To assist Sales Department during sales presentation/exhibition if required
To assist Logistics Department in year-end stock-take & warehouse housekeeping
To agree that his/her assignment, duties and responsibilities may be changed by the Company in its sole discretion
Willing to work overseas
