Job Description
Secretarial Support:
Manage the Head of Department’s schedule, including coordinating work arrangements, meetings, and activities.
Ensure timely updates and conflict-free scheduling.
Liaison Functions:
Serve as a key point of contact for external parties, managing phone calls, emails, and visitors.
Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders for seamless communication.
Administrative Duties:
Support operations by organizing documents, managing logistics, and handling data entry to produce necessary reports.
Job Requirements
Diploma in any discipline (business administration or relevant field is an advantage).
A minimum of 2 years of workinh experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Access).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
