We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Assistant to join our finance team, to assist in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting, processing invoices, supporting the preparation of financial reports, AR, AP and work closely with internal and external parties. Key Responsibilities
Compilation of data and preparation of standard reports for Finance Department.
Preparation of Accounts Receivable statements and issuance of Accounts Payable payments
Preparation and issuance of Credit and Debit Note
Generate Accounts Payable invoices and maintain up-to-date payment records
Provide administration support to the Finance Department
Perform any other duties/projects assigned by the Supervisor
Job Requirements:
A Minimum GCE 'O' Level, CAT or LCCI
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with accounting software
Collaborative and flexible approach to working in a dynamic team environment
Able to work alternate 5.5 workdays
