Position: Production Assistant
Singapore's leading seafood processors, exporters and distributors
Working hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, 8am – 5.30pm; Saturday 8am – 12noon)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $1,800 basic salary + OT + Meal provided
Working Location: Jurong
Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Processing and preserving of seafood
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the fish processing line, including cleaning, cutting, filleting, and packaging of seafood products.
Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards during all production activities.
Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production process.
Follow hygiene and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Adhere to HACCP and ISO food safety requirements, ensuring a safe work environment.
Provide support during peak production times, including overtime if necessary.
Requirements:
Experience in food production or manufacturing.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices (HACCP certification is an advantage).
