Responsibilities:
The role is to provide full support for all duties assigned by the corporate team.

Job Duties:

  • General Administration
  • Attend to all general enquiries
  • Filling and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department and manager
  • Sales Support
  • Work on customers quotations and follow through till closure
  • Coordinate and process sales orders and follow up on sales
  • Follow through with customer orders deliveries, billings and payments
  • Conduct sales calls and handle incoming calls and correspondences with professionalism.
  • Department sales, funnels and activities reporting to the Management.
  • Keep updated control and logs of customer quotations and orders activities.
  • Keep records of credit approvals and update SAP accordingly.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, like buyers, marketing, finance, operations and stores and etc...
  • Liase with external stakeholders, like customers and partners (vendors)
  • And Ad-hoc duties being assigned by the Management as requested

Requirements:

  • A good team player.
  • Good attitude and willing to learn.
  • Good communications and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of operating basic Microsoft office applications, Like Word and Excel.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Minimum 3 years administrative work experience in a fast-paced environment.
