Admin / Receptionist
Data entry and computation
Handle scanning and sorting of documents
Handle hotline and calls
Reply emails
Simple admin duties as assigned
Patient Service Associate
Provide frontline customer service for the Department.
Register and verify patient information
Providing pre-operative scheduling and coordination services, advising patients on their admission process, providing financial counseling, as well as collecting deposits from patients.
Handle general and wayfinding enquiries from patients and visitors.
Answers incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
Call Centre
Answer calls from members of the public
Handle and resolve any complains
Maintain confidentiality of calls
Directing calls to internal or external stakeholders
Note down details of calls and enquiries
Requirements:
Min. NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
Can start as soon as possible
With relevant experience will be an advantage
For call center opening, will require minimal prior call center related experience
