Job Responsibilities:
Carry out hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of Food & Hygiene safety in practice.
Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
Conducting quality inspections and tests on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company and government regulatory standard.
Assist in customers' feedback and discuss with relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
Assist in internal, external and regulatory audits.
Ensure sanitation practices and pest control system is in place at all times.
Collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
To carry other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology or in any field.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in QA/ QC role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
Good communication and interpersona skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Able to manage multi-tasks and easily adapt to changing situations.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and employees).
