Job Scope:
Logistics Assistant / Forklift Driver
Loading/unloading of goods
Shifting of goods via forklift
Update of WMS record for inventory tracking
Support to process inbound/outbound orders
Logistics Coordinator
Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure accurate inventory management, perform regular stock checks, and maintain updated records of inventory levels.
Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
Monitor warehouse equipment and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
Assist in organizing warehouse layout and optimize space utilization for maximum efficiency.
Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activity, such as inventory levels and order statuses.
Resolve issues related to shipment discrepancies, damaged products, and delayed deliveries.
Job Requirement:

Good to have Forklift / Class 3 Driving License
