Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth daily operations such as beverage making, cashiering, cleaning duties etc, are carried out according to company guidelines
Attend to customers promptly with greetings and smiles
Keep workplace clean and tidy
Opening & closing of outlet
Reporting to manager on daily operations and any other related matters
Handle Customer Service-related matters
Ensuring sufficient stock, ordering of stock for operational needs
Requirements:
️ Minimum 1-2 years of F&B experience
️Well-groomed and pleasant
️Team player and strong sense of ownership
️Service-oriented and excellent customer service
️Able to work weekends, public holidays
️Independent, multi-tasker and able to work in a fast-paced working environment
