SALARY RANGE : SGD 2800 - SGD 4000

We are looking for entrepreneurial people with a passion for people engagement and helping others with their problems. In this role, you must be comfortable engaging with prospects, pitching services/solutions and have excellent time-management skills. You will be expected to be performing this role on a full-time basis. The role reports to the Country Sales Manager.

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics industry to achieve revenue targets.

  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and excellent service.

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitors' activities to proactively identify potential opportunities and threats.

  • Solution Presentation: Present and explain our logistics solutions to potential clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.

  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your professional network and represent the company.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions to the management team.
