Duties & Responsibilities
· Assist in developing UAT test cases and scripts based on system requirements.
· Execute UAT, log defects, and provide end-user feedback.
· Ensure system functionality, data accuracy, and user-friendliness.
· Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to communicate UAT feedback and incorporate it effectively.
· Organize stakeholder meetings, ensuring availability and smooth operations.
· Assist in preparing agendas, gathering documents, and sending pre-meeting notices.
· Document and distribute meeting notes to ensure clarity and follow-up on actions.
· Perform data cleansing for accuracy and readiness for system migration.
· Identify and map data fields from legacy systems to the new system.
· Verify data integrity and accessibility post-migration.
· Track and report on migration progress to ensure milestone completion.
· Assist in reviewing financial reports from awardees, ensuring alignment with grant terms.
· Check financial data for accuracy, flagging inconsistencies.
· Ensure reports meet grant policies and regulations.
· Assist in internal audits to identify issues and resolve them with relevant teams.
Qualifications
Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfortable with e-documents
Excellent oral and written English; good telephone etiquette
