As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of Autolus’ software applications. By troubleshooting issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing performance, you’ll directly contribute to our mission of delivering life-changing therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support for software applications and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct updates, and perform routine maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve application challenges.
  • Create and maintain documentation to enhance knowledge sharing and streamline support processes.
  • Develop and update troubleshooting articles for first- and second-line support teams.

  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Proficiency in managing software systems, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
