The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the wellness and beauty market and will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Blue Ocean SPA’s services and wellness packages.
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, content marketing, and events.
• Collaborate with the business development team to create campaigns that attract corporate clients and individuals.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer preferences.
• Manage the SPA’s brand image and online presence.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for higher engagement and lead generation.
• Develop marketing budgets and ensure all marketing activities are within the allocated budget.
Key Skills:
1. Digital Marketing: Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
2. Brand Management: Ability to build, maintain, and enhance brand identity and customer engagement.
3. Content Creation: Strong writing, editing, and design skills for creating engaging content.
4. Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data to measure campaign performance and ROI.
5. Creative Thinking: Ability to develop unique marketing ideas that differentiate the brand.
6. Project Management: Experience in managing multiple campaigns and marketing projects simultaneously.
