Marketing SpecialistJob Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's long-term marketing strategies in related industry fields to ensure consistency with the company's overall business goals.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends to provide forward-looking market insights for the company's development.
• Shape and enhance the company's brand image to ensure consistency and high recognition in the market.
• Develop brand communication strategies, including online and offline promotional activities, public relations activities, and advertising placements.
• Lead the marketing promotion of products, formulate product marketing plans, and increase the market share of products.
• Use data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, propose improvement measures and optimization plans.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with key customers, partners, industry associations, etc., to expand business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, business management is preferred.
• Have more than 5 years of marketing management experience in the medical industry, and be familiar with the operation rules of the medical consumables and equipment market.
• Have excellent market analysis and strategic planning capabilities, be able to accurately grasp market trends; have successful brand promotion and product marketing cases, and have innovative thinking and acute market insight.
• Excellent team leadership skills, be able to inspire and cultivate team members, have good communication, coordination and cooperation skills, and be able to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams;
• Strong ability to withstand pressure and adapt to changes.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
