How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Review and improve existing processes and policies with Credit Ops, Tech, Credit Policy and other Risk Management teams to improve customer journey
  • Streamline and automate card application and card fulfilment process.
  • Review and automate campaign fulfilment and ensure all exception scenarios are covered in the customer journey to reduce call volume
  • Manage and resolve customer exceptions revolving around Customer Onboarding and Credit Card application.
  • Drive standardization of internal processes across acquisition fulfilment and improve efficiency through automation of reports
  • Perform accuracy checks of daily/monthly/adhoc reports and ensure timely completion with zero errors
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder with at least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas and basic functions.
  • Experience in cards and streamlining of processes
  • Knowledge in Payments business, especially credit cards. Experience in a financial institute or in the payments industry is advantageous
  • Good analytical, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills with ability to manage stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, independent, self-motivated with good time management
