- Overall responsible to lead and manage a team of operators and machinist
- Ensure the efficient operation of CNC milling machines
- Monitor the production output and maintain high-quality standards to meet KPI's
- Initiates and monitors training of employees to cover on boarding, repetitive technical training, compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Provide skill development plan for existing employees
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity
- Supporting in the new development product FA and Inspect from time-to-time finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Address quality issues promptly and effectively with proper preventive measures
- Ensure regular maintenance of CNC machines to prevent downtime
- Coordinate with production team leader to achieve the maintenance record and arrange for major repairs
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct regular safety inspections
- Ensure the continuous improvement in process and 5S at work environment and monthly TPM
- Manage inventory of WIP accuracy and completion target to meet the sales revenue
- Support daily production meeting with other department stakeholders
- 5 years of machining experience in CNC Milling 3 of 5 Axis (prefer Turn Mill / Vertical Milling & Horizontal Milling)
- 3 years of supervisory experience in similar production environment (Prefer supervision certificate if any)
- Possess advance level GD & T knowledge & able to interpret part drawing requirements.
- Any CNC machining technical certification, diploma will be advantage.
- Employee leadership, Strong ability to lead, motivate, good communication skills and manage a shopfloor team,
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for monthly reports
- CNC programming knowledge (SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, Mastercam)
