Our client, a well-established work space, is seeking a dynamic, hard-working, and presentable customer relations representative to work on all Customer Service needs for their centre. Looking for a presentable customer relations representative to play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and elevating employee morale.

You would be based on site to assist in daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Addressing customer concerns
- Resolving disputes
- Reception work
- New client management
- Liaising with various departments to provide timely solutions
- Responding to phone calls, emails, and chat messages from customers
- Updating customer profiles
- Documenting interactions to keep track of progress
- Acting as a liaison between the company and its customers
- Providing helpful solutions to customer needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Business Course
- Experience: 2-5 years of front office experience
- Must be based in Singapore already with legal rights to work - Required
- Prior experience working in Co-Working spaces, Flexible Workspaces, Serviced Offices OR Hotel Front Desk is REQUIRED.
- As you will be dealing with international customers a high level of English is Required.
- Willing to be proactive and multitask
