Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the setting up the outlet
Punctual, well-groomed and attired in the required uniform
They must be well-versed and familiar with the menu, take orders, set tables, serve food and beverages.
Clear and clean tables after guests leave, report any complaints and ensure cleanliness.
Coordinate with the Kitchen crews, notify the manager or in charge of any safety hazard.
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Perform any other duties as required by the Outlet Manager / Supervisor.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in service operation
Product Upselling
Personal Hygiene & Well-groomed
Skillful at communicating with guests and providing excellent customer service
Ability to engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner
Able to always present a positive and professional attitude
