- Manage the calendar and a variety of administrative task to the Head of Investment and the team
- Handle complex travel management that includes booking of air tickets, hotel room, car transfer, plan travel itinerary, match travel plan with business meeting schedule etc.
- Handle travel visa applications and liaising with corporate travel agency
- Handle general administrative matters.
- Prepares expenses, invoices and procurement for proper authorization and approval.
- Arrange logistics of tele and video conference calls, and schedule meetings including booking of meeting rooms
- Processing of expense claims and reports
- Generating various daily, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- 4-8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant, Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
