Responsibilities:
- Provide key support in evaluating, planning and steering the asset to optimize investment returns
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities
- Assist in formulating and planning of acquisition, development & divestment strategies
- Source, identify suitable investment opportunities and analyse real estate opportunities and proposals
- Evaluate and structure investment deals, including due diligence and debt financing
- Perform financial analyses, structuring and feasibility studies entailing cash-flow analysis and yield projections
- Prepare recommendation reports for proposed acquisitions / divestments
- Conduct market research, information collection, collation and analysis of property market performance and prepare the market reports
- Work hand-in-hand with Property Manager to ensure that the property business plans are executed diligently
- Develop and maintain financial and asset models to analyze the performance of portfolio at property level as well as preparing asset reports on the properties
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant field
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of investment concepts
- Prior experience in property fund and real estate will have additional advantage
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and high computer literacy
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven, ability to multi-task and able to work within tight deadlines
- Strong command of spoken and written English
