Responsibilities:

  • Provide key support in evaluating, planning and steering the asset to optimize investment returns
  • Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities
  • Assist in formulating and planning of acquisition, development & divestment strategies
  • Source, identify suitable investment opportunities and analyse real estate opportunities and proposals
  • Evaluate and structure investment deals, including due diligence and debt financing
  • Perform financial analyses, structuring and feasibility studies entailing cash-flow analysis and yield projections
  • Prepare recommendation reports for proposed acquisitions / divestments
  • Conduct market research, information collection, collation and analysis of property market performance and prepare the market reports
  • Work hand-in-hand with Property Manager to ensure that the property business plans are executed diligently
  • Develop and maintain financial and asset models to analyze the performance of portfolio at property level as well as preparing asset reports on the properties
  • Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in any relevant field
  • At least 5 years of related experience
  • Good knowledge and understanding of investment concepts
  • Prior experience in property fund and real estate will have additional advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and high computer literacy
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven, ability to multi-task and able to work within tight deadlines
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
