Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and interactive English enrichment classes in accordance with the enrichment centre’s curriculum.
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to inspire students’ interest in reading and learning English.
Prepare teaching materials and resources for lessons as per the company’s guidelines.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to parents.
Participate in staffs and curriculum meetings, training sessions and other professional development activities.
Ensure classroom and materials are maintained in an organized and presentable condition.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Early Childhood or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is an advantage).
Those with Diploma in relevant field are welcome to apply too.
At least 2 years of teaching experience, particularly in English or literacy programs, is preferred.
Strong command of the English language with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, enthusiastic, and able to adapt teaching styles to suit individual student needs.
Ability to create a fun and engaging learning atmosphere.
Other information:
Working with children between 2.5 to 12 years old
Small class size of up to 10 students
Can request to base in 1 location or roving
Roving comes with additional allowance
Location: East and Northeast region
Working hours: 5 days work week (Wednesday to Friday 1pm - 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 630pm)
