Responsibilities:
- Operational ManagementDevelop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of various operations to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Finance / Accounting, or a related field
- Experience as an Operations Manager is preferred
- Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices
- Required language: English, Chinese and etc
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently yet co-ordinates and teamwork seamlessly with others, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
