- Willingness to act not only as mentor but as player-coach as well
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a high degree of customer orientation
- Ability to bring innovation and creativity to execution
- Highly collaborative individual with proven track record to work well in a matrix organization and optimally lead across boundaries
- Strong internal and external communicator with the ability to interact with managers and colleagues at all levels
- Experience and proficiency in CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- University degree or equivalent experience required. Coursework emphasis in business/marketing strongly preferred
