Job
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support
on court-related matters
Compile and submit reports to
the Court and Panel of Advisors ahead of court proceedings.
Ensure court duty officers file
their minutes from court proceedings.
Follow up with case officers
and supervisors on the outcome of family conferences and contested court
proceedings.
Facilitate tracking and data
collection of court cases to enable the extraction of actionable insights.
Maintain an up-to-date and
well-organised knowledge base
Regularly update the knowledge
base with new information from emails and briefings, remove outdated
materials and organise content for easy access and retrieval.
Job
Requirements:
Possess a diploma or degree in
any field.
Capable of working both
independently and as part of a team.
