The Field Service Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.

This position reports to the Regional Service Manager and is part of the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions - Equipment Services team located in Singapore and will be fully remote.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible in performing on-site installation, qualification, commissioning, repair and plan maintenance for Cytiva’s equipment.
  • Providing quality services as per company’s service guidelines and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set forth in your respective team.
  • Adhering to company health and safety guidelines.

Who you are

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience preferably in the Life Sciences or Biotech industry with a strong background in engineering. Automation experience/knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and with good problem-solving skills when faced with complex issues.
  • Strong work ethics and able to maintain good rapport with customers and internal team.
