Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Outlet Chefs: Assist in overseeing and managing chief chefs and kitchen staff across selected outlets.
  • Staff Recruitment: Assist with recruiting new staff members for the kitchen team.
  • SOP & HACCP Compliance: Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and HACCP standards.
