  • Develop and drive CRM strategy and plan effective end-to-end delivery of campaigns with the objective of achieving targets
  • Create and manage communication plans that are aligned with the local marketing strategy and HQ marketing calendar to align with business objectives
  • Work with local marketing team, retail and eCommerce team and HQ to implement lead nurturing and conversion campaigns and instore events aimed at enhancing customer experience, engagement and loyalty
  • Analyse customer data to create detailed customer segments for targeted marketing
  • Carry out detailed analysis and reporting on all CRM activities both instore and online
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Embed CRM in the overall business, communicating its value and telling the story behind the data to all teams
  • Manage data capture initiatives both instore and online
  • Manage CRM customer database effectively, ensure data quality with frequent monitoring, implement data hygiene processes, and oversee data governance ensuring legal compliance.

Job Requirement:

  • Proven CRM experience in the luxury or premium sector
  • Good knowledge of CRM software tools and applications (Salesforce, Google Analytics and MS PowerBI)
  • Experience managing email campaigns for E-Commerce and Retail
  • Experience with SQL to e.g. build target groups in SFMC is a plus
  • Experience executing tailored email marketing campaigns and user journeys
  • Experience of data management in compliance with local data management and protection regulations
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Good understanding of omni-channel best practices and proactive drive to explore emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and project management skills
  • A strong team player who is highly analytical and data driven and analytical
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally if required
  • Passion for luxury retail and photography is a plus
