Retail & Ticketing Host Responsibilities
Guest Interaction
The Retail & Ticketing Host is dedicated to providing exceptional care and interaction with guests, following the Skyline Luge Service Standard Charter.
Prioritize guest needs throughout their journey, offering personalized attention. Welcome guests, verify online ticket validity, and share relevant information to enhance their experience. Address any issues by promptly involving the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Pre-Opening and End-of-Day Tasks
Responsible for pre-opening and closing duties in the ticketing and retail areas. Complete checks as outlined in SOPs or as directed by management. Ensure Luge merchandise is displayed and maintain cleanliness throughout the premises by picking up litter and managing bins as needed.
Ticket Sales and Redemption
Provide accurate information on ticket options and packages to assist guests in making informed choices. Communicate participation conditions and the Code of Conduct, and verify that guests meet height requirements for the Luge and Skyride. Optimize upselling opportunities and ensure timely, correct ticket issuance. Offer accurate wait time updates and manage the POS system efficiently.
Photo & Merchandise Support
Assist guests in accessing their photo and video collections. Ensure food and merchandise items are consistently replenished throughout the day, maximizing upselling opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities:
Encourage guests to complete feedback questionnaires on-site, aiming for high participation rates. Manage the flow of helmets during busy periods to ensure availability for guests. Maintain site presentation by keeping areas litter-free and managing waste disposal as needed.
