Job Purpose:
1. Source tender/quotation opportunities and manage submission for clients.
2. Review tender documents/award letters and handle all the post-tender queries/correspondence.
3. Manage the filing for all the tender/quotation documents.
4. Maintain tender/quotation and extension of contract in tender tracking system.
5. Provide updates to clients/customers.
6. Perform accurate and prompt entry of fax orders, order hotline and other sources into the system.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Source/publish tender or quotation opportunities.
2. Manage the submission of tender or quotation.
3. Review/check tender documents & contract terms and conditions prior to submission.
4. Review/check letter of awards (LOAs) and contracts.
5. Maintain tender/quotation and contract extension in tender tracking system.
6. Handle post tender queries and correspondence.
7. Check purchase orders against tenders and quotations.
8. Ensure timely filing of all the tender/quotation documents.
9. Manage item code change.
10. Respond to all enquiries from customer and clients in a customer service orientated manner.
11. Provide admin support when necessary. E.g. Filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties and tasks assigned.
12. Ensure strict adherence and compliance to ISO and ISMS procedures.
13. Any other tasks that may be assigned due to the exigencies of operational requirements.
Job Requirements:
• Min diploma
• Experienced in Admin, Customer Service; Order and PO Entry preferred
• Good verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
• Careful and meticulous, attention to details
• Good follow up and time management skill
• Computer literate
