Overview

Dynamic Yield, by Mastercard is on the lookout for a Personalization Program Specialist in the Strategy Team. This is a role for someone who wants to break into the fast-growing field of digital User Experience Optimization (UXO).

Working closely with the Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for bringing data-driven personalization for our customers from vision to reality by owning the operational program activities and steering them to success.

We’re looking for creative problem solvers, critical thinkers, and excellent communicators, interested in learning and growing their skills in a fast paced, exciting environment, working with top brands across different industries & regions

The Task-at-Hand:

Design and deliver together with a consultant a high-value personalization program for our customers

Lead the personalization program management to ensure all services deliverables meet highest standards in quality

Serve as the main point of contact for our customers

Own the campaign execution in the Dynamic Yield Personalization platform (campaign scoping, setup, optimization & reporting)

Collaborate with other internal service units like Customer Success, Engineering and Sales Teams

Learn and grow knowledge of personalization, website development, A/B testing, eCommerce strategy, digital conversion optimization, and digital marketing.

Optimal Skills for Success:

1-3 years of work experience in eCommerce, product management, and/or project management experience

B.A./B.S. Degree (MBA strongly preferred)

Strong project management skills and an ability to multitask

Exemplary quantitative and qualitative thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills

Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced business environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills

Strong interest in digital technology

Ecommerce technology (e.g. CMS, Web Analytics, Email Marketing) experience, knowledge, or aptitude a plus
