We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our operational processes. This role will involve managing the supply chain, inventory, and order fulfillment while ensuring that customer inquiries and orders are handled promptly across all communication channels, including social media. The ideal candidate will have experience in eCommerce operations and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Management: Manage the entire supply chain process, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring cost efficiency and timely availability of products.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure that stock levels meet demand without overstocking.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee order processing, including customization requests, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.
- Customer Service Management: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, providing exceptional service through email, phone, and social media channels.
- Social Media Engagement: Manage customer interactions on social media, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an eCommerce or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, inventory management systems, and customer service tools.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and social media management.
