Job summary
1) Responsible to deliver customers’ orders promptly as according to their requirement.
2) To be aware of, and follow legislative, safety & company directives.
3) To work as part of a logistics team.
Area of responsibilities
1) Verifying of goods given by Warehouse department and ensure it is correct.
2) Responsible for the daily loading and unloading of goods onto the lorry for deliveries.
3) Delivering and verifying of goods being delivered to customers.
4) Ensure that payments are collected as stated on the invoices and payments collected are returned to the company daily. You will take full responsibility for any missing payments.
5) Ensure that returned goods by the customers are returned to the Warehouse department.
6) Assist to act as a lookout for Logistics Driver on roads that are difficult to manoeuvre / park and adhering to all traffic legislation.
7) Whenever a dispute arises with customer, you should not act harshly and report immediately to your supervisor or seek assistance from the sales/sales support team.
8) Responsible for the tidiness, cleanliness and ensuring that the vehicle undergo regular preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance are carried out when needed.
9) To report to supervisor all necessary reporting required by supervisor.
10) Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

1) Understand simple English.
2) Physically fit
Working hours (6 days)
Monday to Friday: 8 00am - 5 00pm
Saturday: 8 00am - 4 00pm
